2 motrin om (rain check)

2 purina beggin strips
2 busy-bones (pups)
total oop: $3.95 ($2.12 of that was tax).

Bright Beginnings.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

Being a mom is expensive.  We are always trying to look for the best deals on formula, diapers, wipes, etc.  Although my boys are past those phases, I still like to get great deals.  I have severall friends who are pregnant & my younger sister. With many baby showers coming up I love to help & get the necessities.  Who couldn't use diapers?  If the mother is formula feeding ....how about seeing what kind she could use? If you buy on diapers.com you will get so many additional savings to help lower the cost. Many people think shopping online is expensive....but when you get discount codes & free shipping it can actually be SO much cheaper! Right now diapers.com is offering 30% cash back when you buy diapers using code GET30BACK.

They also sell Bright Beginnings Formula (available in organic too!). If you're interested in this formula acheck out their Bright Beginnings on Facebook. Chat with other moms about benefits of this product, get information on upcoming sales, and more!  Often times formula is hard to catch on sale or even get a discount. If you use code GET10PCT you can actually score 10% off! They offer free shipping in 1-2 days when you spend $49 or more. Diapers.com offer so many baby items including those that are eco-friendly too!  Honestly, go check out the site & see what deals you can score!

Tabasco Original Red.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.

We are a huge football loving family!  Of course the playoffs are THIS weekend!  I've got my shopping list planned & ready to go.  You can't enjoy a football game without pizza, wings, and chips/salsa.  My husband is making his famous wings which includes TABASCO® Original Red.  Now, I know you're thinking tabasco on wings?  Don't knock it till you try it!  It has incredible flavor!  Now my husband is a bit more into the tabasco because he will add it to eggs, rice, chicken, and whatever else he thinks needs some of the 'flavor'.  He adds it to his pizza as well.  It gives a certain 'kick' to the flavor.

TABASCO® Original Red is different from the typical hot sauces.  It's not really about the heat but rather the simple combination of salt, red pepper, and vinegar that are perfected in a 3 year aging process! This simply enhances the great flavor of the food so you can enjoy every bite!  How is that for trying to get the BEST product?!

Check out their Game-Day Party Menu to see simple & exciting recipes everyone will love!  Now, I'm not to good in the kitchen but my husband is a terrific cook!  I challenge you to use TABASCO® Original Red in some of your recipes.  My favorite by far is are the wings!  So enjoy these playoffs & some good eating!

Parent's Choice.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

I'm not going to lie, I tend to be a brand 'snob'.  When it came to things like diapers and formula's I always thought generic or store brand formula didn't have enough vitamins or nutrients.  Not long ago I had this same discussion with a close friend of mine.  She had switched to a store brand formula because the price was so much cheaper. She compared the nutrients and everything panned out to be equal.  So, I wonder......how much are mothers wasting by sticking to a brand they THINK is better for their better.  How much could a mother be saving? Let's be honest, we all want to save money!

Some benefits that are EQUAL in both generic and Similac for example are:

-prebiotics to help support baby's immune system.

-milk-based nutrition containing all nutrients, vitamins and minerals for growth and development DHA & ARA, which may support brain & eye development.

-they are available in  23.2 & 12.4 oz sizes.

I just recently read an article over on CNN MoneyWatch Called: switch to generic formula.  One thing I found is that similac has been recalled before because of beetles/larvae may have be found in the powder formula.  Now, most moms would probably thing a name brand formula would be much safer.   I also read that mothers who give their babies similac (or the likes) are paying TWICE as much!  That itself blows my mind. Why pay MORE for a brand name when the generic version is the same.  It's estimated that by switching to generic formula the average person can save up to $600 a year!  The FDA requires that ALL formulas meet the minimum nutrient requirements, so there is 'peace of mind' knowing that your baby will still get the same ingredients as those name brands.  Be sure to check the above article out!  Seems like generic is the WAY to go!  Next time you're out shopping whether it be target, walmart or a drugstore...be sure to check out the formuals.    Compare the prices & ingredients to the generic vs name brand.  I'm sure you'll be shocked at the difference in price!  Feel free to come back & share what you've found!
